Intellectual Property

• The Company retains all intellectual property rights to methodologies, know-how, proprietary tools, and frameworks used in providing services
• Custom solutions developed specifically for clients are owned by the client upon full payment
• Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client proprietary information
• Technical specifications
• Business strategies
• Security implementations

Service Level Agreements

Specific service levels, response times, and support availability will be detailed in individual service agreements.
